HisFitai offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription purchases. If you're not satisfied with HisFitai, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Our payments and refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net, look up your order using the email you purchased with, and submit a refund request, or
  • Email us at support@hisfitai.comwith your order ID and we will help you submit the request.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

After the 30-day period

Refunds outside the 30-day window are handled in line with Paddle's Refund Policyand your statutory rights under applicable consumer-protection law.

Subscription renewals

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your customer portal at paddle.net to prevent the next renewal; access continues until the end of your paid period.
